This baby smoothie recipe is a fantastic weight booster that will please even your toughest toddler critics! On those days when your picky eater won’t try anything, surprise him or her with this smoothie. You will be amazed at how quickly it’s gone! 1 cup milk, formula, or breast milk

1/4 cup full-fat cottage cheese

Half an avocado

4 ounces yogurt (YoBaby, Trader Joe’s brand, etc.)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 banana

1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal

1 tablespoon safflower oil

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 1/2 cups baby spinach

1 tablespoon agave sweetener or sugar

Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for at least 30 seconds. Serve in a cup with a straw or in a sippy cup without the stopper. This high-calorie recipe should be served immediately. Any remaining mixture can be frozen into popsicles!
