This baby smoothie recipe is a fantastic weight booster that will please even your toughest toddler critics! 1 cup milk, formula, or breast milk
1/4 cup full-fat cottage cheese
Half an avocado
4 ounces yogurt (YoBaby, Trader Joe’s brand, etc.)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon safflower oil
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
1 tablespoon agave sweetener or sugar
Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for at least 30 seconds. Serve in a cup with a straw or in a sippy cup without the stopper. This high-calorie recipe should be served immediately. Any remaining mixture can be frozen into popsicles!
